Halo Australia has announced a LAN tournament at the Logan Indoor Sports Centre in Crestmead, Queensland, Australia that will feature a Halo 2 2v2 and a Halo 3 4v4 tournament. The event will take place on April 27th and 28th from 9AM-9PM AEST both days.

The Halo 3 4v4 will consist of Pool Play and a double-elimination bracket while the Halo 2 2v2 will consist of only a double-elimination bracket. Official HCS settings will be used.

The tournament is a bring-your-own-equipment event so if you can spare your Xbox, monitor, headset, cables, and/or games, bring them on over.

The current prize pool is at $1,400 AUD for the Halo 3 4v4 and $250 AUD for the Halo 2 2v2. Prizes can increase based on the number of players.

Only 16 team passes are available (64 players) due to venue limitations so be sure to purchase yours ASAP. Seeding for the Halo 3 4v4 will be determined by a series of online tournaments being held on March 3rd, 17th, 31st, and April 14th.
