The Halo Draft League has announced some details for the upcoming Autumn Season. There will be two leagues running simultaneously during the season, the Halo Premier League and the Halo Draft League.

The Halo Premier League is a brand new league, different than the Halo Draft League. Instead of the teams being drafted, the eight teams in the HPL are all teams that have been created by the players themselves. They will be competing for 10 weeks on Thursdays and Saturdays (5PM-8PM EST) for a piece of the $500 prize pool. Team entry is $25. You can register for the HPL now.

Returning for it’s third season, the Halo Draft League is back, but this time with a few changes. For starters, the league will be limited to eight teams consisting of five players each. Matches will be played on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays within a certain time-frame over eight weeks and HDL staff will assist team captains in scheduling their matches. The playoffs will have a $200 prize pool. If able to, tournaments will be ran during the season for players who weren’t drafted onto a team. Registration will open on Monday, September 9th.

Players in the Halo Premier League will not be able to compete in the Halo Draft League.

If you have any questions, you can contact the HDL on their Discord server.
