Four current or ex pro players were picked as captains with the task to choose two other former/current pros and one Twitch streamer to form their team and duke it out for a part of the $50,000 prize pool in the first Twitch Rivals: Legends of Halo tournament. The teams were playing a patched, pre-released build of Halo: Reach MCC on PC. Some used a controller while others used keyboard and mouse.
To start off the event, the four teams were rotated and grouped into two eight-player teams to play some BTB matches. Each team earned $2,000 for a win. The teams then moved onto the 4v4 portion of the event, playing round-robin style. You can find out the final results for that below.
