HCS has announced the MCC Pro Series, a new online series in partnership with FACEIT, consisting of eight tournaments for amateur and pro players featuring MCC titles on PC.

The series will consist of Open Tournaments and Pro Tournaments, alternating every week. Open Tournaments will be just like it sounds, open to anyone. Pro Tournaments will consist of the top eight teams from the previous Open Tournament and the top eight teams from the previous Pro Tournament. For the first Pro Tournament, the top eight Open teams will be put against the top eight teams from DreamHack Anaheim this past February.

The main title being played will be H2A, but other MCC titles will be inserted as they release on PC.

Open Tournaments will have a $500 prize pool: 1st – $250, 2nd – $150, 3rd – $100. Pro Tournaments will have a $5,000 prize pool: 1st – $2,000, 2nd – $1,000, 3rd/4th – $500, 5th/8th – $250.

There are age requirements based on regions that do have to be met in order to compete. In North America and Latin America regions, you must be at least 17 years old. In Europe and the Middle East, players must be at least 16 years old. For the Australia/New Zealand regions, players must be at least 15 years of age.
