In a major shift for the competitive Halo scene, Shopify Rebellion has announced its revamped roster for the 2025 season. After parting ways with all of their previous players, the organization has chosen to build its new squad around the raw skill and game sense of rising star Cykul.
The core of this fresh roster comes with some big moves. Royal 2, one of Halo’s most accomplished and respected players, has left FaZe Clan after a tumultuous 2024 season. Royal 2 had been with FaZe Clan since 2016, but after a rocky year, he is setting his sights on a new challenge with Shopify Rebellion. Joining him is long-time teammate Frosty, who also departs FaZe Clan in hopes of reigniting their competitive fire.
Additionally, Last Shot joins Shopify Rebellion after an incredible 2024 season with Pure, where they secured an impressive 4th place finish at the Halo World Championship in Seattle. Known for his sharp shooting and clutch plays, Last Shot adds even more firepower to the squad, making Shopify Rebellion a team to watch in 2025.
With the trio of Royal 2, Frosty, and Last Shot now aligned with Cykul, the roster is built for both raw skill and team chemistry. Cykul, in particular, has impressed many with his mechanical prowess and decision-making, earning the trust of the organization to lead the new roster forward.
