Guide to HCS Fort Worth Major

Only one Major remains before the Halo World Championship! The final one will be taking place in Fort Worth, Texas at the Fort Worth Convention Center. Here’s some details we think could be useful:

LOCATION/DATES

There are no COVID requirements for entry.

All attendees will have to undergo a metal detector and bag check security screening. All bags must be clear and not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”. Wallets and wristlets no larger than 5″ x 8″ x 1″ are permitted (anything larger must follow bag guidelines).

FORMAT
  • LAN (Global) – Open
  • 4v4
  • Open Bracket – 96 team cap, double-elimination (Top 4 teams from Winners Bracket advance to Pool Play.)
  • Pool Play – 16 teams
    • Top team from each Pool advance to Championship Bracket Winners Round 2
    • 2nd & 3rd place teams advance to Championship Bracket Winners Round 1
    • 4th place team advance to Championship Bracket Elimination Round 1
  • Championship Bracket – 16 teams, double-elimination
  • FFA – 512 player cap
  • Side tournaments
AGE REQUIREMENTS
  • Spectators under the age of 18 require signed parental/guardian waiver form
  • Spectators under the age of 13 must be accompanied by parent/guardian
