Today, HCS released the teams that will be competing in the Pool Play portion of the HCS MX Regional Championship in Mexico City from July 22nd to 24th.
The favorites going into the tournament are Pittsburgh Knights, who have been dominating the MX region since they formed. The team has also strengthened their team since Kansas City by adding PeluGod who is one of the best players from the LATAM region.
The second favorite team heading into Mexico City is CintaNegra Esports. The org has signed a completely new roster since Kansas City and has finished second in a majority of the HCS Open/Pro Series since the last Major. They will be looking to make a statement and show the world that the Pittsburgh Knights can bleed.
