OpTic Gaming Makes A Change

The 2022 Halo World Champions and 2022 Halo World Championship runner-up, OpTic Gaming, have announced that they have let go of APG.

Bradley “APG” Laws has been on the roster since the HCS resumed with Halo Infinite in 2021. In 2023, the team has placed anywhere from first to top six at HCS LAN events. APG has faced much criticism by fans, some calling for him to be replaced, while others have defended him on his performance throughout the season.

On Twitter, APG put out a statement thanking OpTic and the fans:

All good things must come to an end sometimes. Incredible memories with not only the team, but with everybody from the players/staff to the production and design team. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to

@OpTic and the #GreenWall for an unforgettable and life-changing few years. Forever grateful and appreciative

There is no word yet on who his replacement will be.
