Over in the UK, thirty-two teams competed this weekend at Blackpool for a LAN put together by HCS Grassroots partners, Europa Halo. The first LAN in Europe since HCS Valencia, Europa Halo Blackpool hosted teams from across the region competing over two days for a £7,500 prize pool. The even started with a Group Stage, where the bottom two teams from each of the eight groups of four would be eliminated in the end. The remaining teams advanced to the double-elimination Championship Bracket where only one team would come out on top. We’ve posted the top eight teams from the tournament in the graphic below. You can view the Group Stage results and brackets at the event’s page on Toornament. Huge shoutout to Europa Halo for organzing this event for the region and their sponsors for helping it be a success.
